Kimberly Hopkins

Executive Comment & Note Editor

Kimberly Hopkins is the Executive Comment and Note Editor of the New England Law Review, Volume 55, providing editorial expertise, feedback, and edits to the Associate Members’ drafts. She is a 3L Juris Doctor Candidate with an anticipated graduation date of May 2021 and has an interest in family law, juvenile law, and criminal law.

Kimberly is from Central Massachusetts and received her B.S. in Human Services with two minors, one in Legal Studies and a second in Psychology. She is presently a legal intern at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Children and Family Law Division, focusing on juvenile law while representing children and parents in both care and protection or termination of parental rights cases and child requiring assistance cases. She previously participated in the Honors Judicial Internship Program at New England Law | Boston, where she was a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Campo at the Suffolk County Superior Court.

In addition to her editorial role on the New England Law Review, Kimberly is currently Justice (President) of the MacLean Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity and Co-Chair of the Student Bar Association Social Affairs Committee. She is also a member of the Student Bar Association Athletics Committee and a Mentor in the New England Law Mentorship Program.
