Rachel Barkow

Rachel Barkow is the author of Prisoner of Politics: Breaking the Cycle of Mass Incarceration (Harvard/Belknap 2019).  She has also written more than 20 articles, and she is recognized as one of the country’s leading experts on criminal law and policy. Professor Barkow teaches courses in criminal law, administrative law, and constitutional law.

Erin Fitzgerald is a Faculty Fellow teaching Torts and Criminal Law at New England Law. Prior to teaching at New England Law, she served as an Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Chief of the Homicide Unit in the Criminal Justice Bureau of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office.
